Tourmaline with 14k white & yellow gold

The customer wanted an engagement ring that used two spoons as inspiration – little spoon & big spoon of course.

And he knew he wanted a green stone.

I helped him find a brilliant green tourmaline – the main focus of this handmade engagement ring.

This ring is the minimal design I created to include the spoons in the ring, yet keep the ring classic, something she could wear everyday.

The bezel is 14k white gold. The band is 14k yellow gold cut from one piece and shaped to hold the bezel and stone (see process photo).

She said yes!
